PROMOTION PROGRAM REGULATION
1. Promotion name: “Find these numbers 1, 2, 8”
2. Promotion products: The International Consumer Shinhan Bank
Vietnam VISA credit card, the International Consumer Shinhan Bank Vietnam VISA
debit card, the International Corporate Shinhan Bank Vietnam VISA credit card, the
International Corporate Shinhan Vietnam Bank VISA debit card, the International
Corporate Kocham - Shinhan Bank Vietnam VISA credit card and the International Corporate
Kocham - Shinhan Bank Vietnam VISA debit card.
3. Promotion period: From
12th, Dec, 2011 to14th, Feb, 2012
4. Promotion range: Nationwide
5. Promotion method: Lucky draw

VISA credit card member, International Consumer Shinhan Bank Vietnam VISA debit

- The
promotion program is not applied to Shinhan Bank Vietnam Ltd. and staff of
Shinhan Bank Vietnam.

8. Terms and Condition of the Promotion
8.1 How to join the promotion program :
- In the
promotion period, customers use card to make payment for goods and services by
Shinhan Bank Viet Nam’s
credit/debit card, they shall be granted an approval code included random
6-digits. An approval code is granted at random and automatically for all successful
transactions by Shinhan Bank Viet Nam’s IT system.
- Customer shall look for the Approval
Code on the Sales slip, if the Approval Code contains all 3 numbers: 1, 2, 8
(regardless of order and frequency), that transaction will be qualified to join
the lucky draw program (the lucky draw will be made within the qualified
approval codes)
- The more
customers use card to make payment for goods and services, the more chance they
will have to join the lucky draw.
8.2 . Time, venue and method to determine the
winner:
- After the
promotion period, Shinhan Bank Vietnam
will summarize, print out the qualified transactions to joint the promotion
program from the Shinhan Bank Vietnam’s
IT system. The printed transactions shall include: Card number, Member name, approval
code and transaction date.
- The bank
will implement lucky drawing to choose the winning transaction (approval code)
among all transactions (approval codes) that join the lucky draw program. The
prize will be given to the member who has the winning transaction.
- Each card
member can receive more than 01 prize (if they win)
- The lucky draw will be held at the
Head Office of Shinhan Bank Vietnam
on 24th Feb, 2012 under the witness of the customer’s
representative.
8.3. Notification of prize:
- Shinhan Bank
Vietnam will send notification mail, telephone the winner members, instruct the
customer about time and place to receive the prize within 7 days since the
lucky drawing date.
8.4. Date, time and
procedures to receive the prizes:
- The winners will receive the prizes at the Head Office or
any branch of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Ltd. within 30 days since the ending date of
the promotion period (within 30 days since 14/02/2012).
- Upon receiving the prize, the winning individual member
must present his/her ID/PP; the winning corporate member must present the ID/PP
of the receiver, the ID/PP of the corporate’s CEO, together with the letter of
attorney of the CEO.
8.5 Contact for
information about the promotion program:
- If customers
have any inquiry relating to the promotion program, they can visit any Shinhan
Vietnam Bank branches all over the nation or contact the Customer Service
Center at: 1900 56 56 80.
9. Public notification responsibility
- Detailed
contents, Terms and Conditions of the promotion program will be announced on
homepage, Head Offices and branches of Shinhan Bank Vietnam Ltd.
- The results
of the lucky drawing will be announced on the Bank’s homepage and informed to
the winners through mail and telephone.
10. Other regulations
- The winner
will bear the irregular income tax and other cost relating to receiving the
prize (traveling cost …) under the regulations of the law.
- If agreed by
the customer, Shinhan Bank Vietnam
will use the information, image of the customer for advertising purpose.
- Shinhan Bank
Vietnam holds all responsibilities for controlling the issuance, the precise of
the evidence to receive the prize. In case the evidence issued by the Bank has
errors which lead to the misunderstanding of the customers about winning the
prize, the bank must award these prize for customers. The organization of
promotion program must be fair, clear and objective.
- In case of
disputes arising relating to the promotion program, Shinhan Bank Vietnam are
responsible for solving upon the provision of law
- For
non-received prizes, Shinhan Bank Vietnam shall pay 50% of announced
prize into the State budget as Item 4 Article 96 of Commercial Law.
