Shinhan Point Program  

Whenever SHBVN member uses the card anywhere, Shinhan Bank Vietnam points are accumulated, and the accumulated points are returned to the member in cash (cash back): this program is a SHBVN-only differentiated rewarding program. Enjoy the cash back system, in which the points accumulated via the SHBVN Reward Program is returned to the members in cash.

Point use

- Consumer member: Points are accumulated to the members on all types of consumer cards possessed (including the family member card)

- Corporate member: Points are accumulated to the corporation on all types of corporate cards possessed

Point accumulation standard 

- Different accumulation rate by domestic/overseas use per card type

- Validity period of points: 3 years (After 3 years, the points are expired in a first-in and first-out method)

- Applying for domestic and international purchase transactions

- When you withdraw membership, the points will be eliminated.

Point using

- Cash back: A system in which accumulated points are returned to the members in cash.

- Cash back threshold point: Minimum 15,000 point

- Cash back method: Cash disbursement upon request by visiting a branch.

• Consumer member: Visit a branch carrying ID card and the card with you, fill out the point use application form and request cash back.

• Corporate member: corporation management should visit a branch with necessary corporation verification documents and fill out the point use application form and request cash back.

- For the delinquent members or the members, whose transactions have been suspended, the point use is impossible.
